Please Note: The FMCSA has amended the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations to require medical examiners performing physical examinations of Commercial Motor Vehicle drivers to use a newly developed Medical Examination Report Form, MCSA-5875, in place of the current form and to use Form MCSA-5876 for the Medical Examiner’s Certificate. These changes may also lead to process changes for the CMV driver (i.e. a complete examination is required every time a medical examiner issues a medical certificate). Click to learn more.
