Christmas Veggie Tray

Looking for a festive dish to take to your next holiday gathering? This veggie tray is healthy, quick and easy!


  • 1 crown Broccoli
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper


  1. Rinse all your veggies.
  2. Chop broccoli and cauliflower.
  3. Slice bell peppers. You can also use cheddar cheese strips or sliced baby carrots.
  4. Layer broccoli and cauliflower in a triangle.
  5. Add bell peppers to look like garland, and add them up top as a star.
  6. Sprinkle with cherry tomatoes and serve with your favorite veggie dip.
