Spring Green Smoothie

Spring is in the air, and if you’re looking for a new way to pack nutrients into your day, look no further. This green smoothie makes for a nourishing breakfast or snack.


  • 6 oz unsweetened almond milk (I like Califa)
  • 2 teaspoons hemp seeds
  • 5 – 6 pieces frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 medium frozen banana
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 cup ice, if desired


  • Load all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy.
