DOT Exams
Our Certified Medical Examiners are fully trained in providing Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals. A DOT physical evaluates an employee’s vision, hearing, blood pressure and overall physical ability.
FAA Exams
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) exams ensure pilots are fit to fly safely and can only be performed by Aviation Medical Examiners. Each pilot is required to meet specific medical standards depending on the class of medical certificate for which the pilot applies.
Physicals
Police officers, firefighters and EMS staff, as well as members of the Coast Guard and National Guard, all work physically demanding jobs. That’s why it’s especially important they receive regular exams to ensure they are healthy enough to perform their jobs safely. MMH works with government agencies of all types to ensure employees maintain regulatory compliance.
Surveillance Exams
If your employees are exposed to toxins or machines that produce a lot of dust, respirator clearance exams may be required. At MMH, our staff can determine if employees are physically able to safely wear a respirator on the job. As required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), these physicals often include a respirator fit test to ensure the respirator fits appropriately. Additionally, we can provide medical surveillance and screenings for other OSHA-mandated programs, as requested.
