Loaded with flavor, these Cauliflower Buffalo Bites are a delicious, healthy option.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2/3 cup buffalo hot sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk flour, water and spices. Add the cauliflower and toss to coat. Spread evenly onto the cookie sheet and place in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes, tossing once.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir together butter and buffalo sauce. Add baked cauliflower and toss to coat. Spread evenly on the cookie sheet. Place back in the oven and bake an additional 25 – 30 minutes, or until crispy, tossing once.
  4. Remove from oven and let sit 10 minutes before serving. May be served with your favorite dressing.
