As part of National Rural Health Day on Nov. 17, Margaret Mary Health is being awarded the 2022 Performance Leadership Awards for excellence in Quality and Outcomes. Compiled by The Chartis Center for Rural Health, the Performance Leadership Awards honor top quartile performance (75th percentile or above) among all hospitals nationwide.

The Performance Leadership Awards are based on the results of the Chartis Rural Hospital Performance INDEX, the industry’s most comprehensive and objective assessment of rural hospitals. INDEX data is trusted and relied upon by rural hospitals across the country to measure and monitor performance across several areas impacting hospital operations and finance.

“At Margaret Mary, our goal is to provide our patients with the highest quality of care so they can achieve the best possible outcomes,” said Liz Leising, MMH President and CEO. “That’s why it’s especially rewarding to receive national recognition in these two categories. There’s no doubt we have an outstanding team at Margaret Mary, and I’m so grateful for their commitment to providing the utmost care to our rural communities.”
