It’s official—our new hospital is open! As of 6 a.m. today, we are welcoming and caring for patients at 1155 State Road 229 North in Batesville.

This milestone marks an exciting new chapter for Margaret Mary Health and the communities we’re proud to serve. Designed with our patients, families and future in mind, our new hospital gives our team a modern space to continue providing the compassionate, high-quality care you know and trust.

Here’s what you need to know today:

  • Need emergency care? Anyone needing emergency care should go directly to the new Margaret Mary Health hospital. Emergency services remain available without interruption.
  • Inpatient care: Patients admitted to our legacy hospital are being safely transferred by ambulance to the new hospital this morning. Visitor access is temporarily restricted during the transfer.
  • Have an appointment today? Some services may be temporarily adjusted or limited during the transition. Patients with scheduled appointments should follow the instructions they received from their provider.

We’re here, we’re ready and we look forward to welcoming you.

For additional information about our new hospital and the transition, visit our FAQ page.
