Effective Monday, February 24, the cardiology team from The Christ Hospital Heart and Vascular Institute will begin seeing patients at a new Batesville location, 1051 State Route 229, just across from Kroger and behind First Financial Bank.

In collaboration with Margaret Mary Health, The Christ Hospital cardiologists have been serving patients in southeastern Indiana for more than 30 years. With six visiting providers on staff, the cardiology group sees patients in Batesville five days a week. Prior to the move, their office was located at MMH’s main campus.

“We’ve had an outstanding relationship with The Christ Hospital Heart and Vascular Institute for a very long time,” said Liz Leising, MMH president and CEO. “For our patients, the new location offers easier access and more space for expanded services down the road.”

Cardiologists from The Christ Hospital Heart and Vascular Institute can diagnose and treat a variety of cardiac conditions including, aortic aneurysm, heart attack, heart failure, high blood pressure, pulmonary hypertension, vascular disease and more. The Christ Hospital has a long-standing reputation for being “Greater Cincinnati’s Heart Hospital.”
